PATRICK is a British-Filipino director born and raised in Stoke-on-Trent, and based in London. His work spans short film, music video, and branded content. He explores themes of identity, connection, the body, and belonging through a culturally rooted lens.

He is currently finalising ‘ELYAS’ and ‘AUXANNA’, two self-funded short films, sparked by a Eurostar sale and shot over two days in Paris with regular DOP Adam Singodia. Aiming to capture a youthful counterculture aesthetic, the films use non-actors to harness raw, relatable emotion. Both projects reflect a desire to push creative boundaries — embracing unpredictability, treating the city as a character, and working minimally in pursuit of recognition.

His short films ‘Cult Party – Kiss (Two)’, ‘Nars’, and ‘Blood Tastes Like Ube have’ featured on NOWNESS and NOWNESS Asia, with the latter two exploring the Philippine diaspora. Unquiet Skin, examining skin conditions and bodily vulnerability, premiered on Dazed Beauty and featured on Kodak Shoot Film. His music video work has appeared across Dazed, Wonderland, Clash, and more.

‘Blood Tastes Like Ube’ screened in New York as part of Thursday’s Child x Minute Shorts: Points of View, was officially selected for London Short Film Festival 2025, longlisted for the 1.4 ‘On The Cusp’ Award, and later screened in Makati, Philippines. Patrick has also written and directed branded work for Hugo Boss’s 2021 BOSS Bottled campaign, earning Young Arrows nominations for Cinematography and Original Composition.
